Meals

(1) 250 set of lunch boxes ($5,000) - rice and spagahetti, have been ordered for volunteers.
Will be delivered to sportsground at 12.00 pm on 2006.12.17

Will be provided to volunteers and staff first.
Remaining will be provided to Rotarians and other participants.


(2) 1,000 bottles of water ($1,200) will be delivered to sportsground
at 2.00 pm on 2006-12-16. Will be provided to all people on 2006-12-17.
